About Linda

Dr. Sara is Director of the Center for Relationship Therapy. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage & Family Therapist. Additionally she is an Adjunctive Professor at Virginia Tech (Northern Virginia) teaching Human Sexuality and other courses since 1986.

Dr. Sara was trained as a Sex Therapist by Hartman and Fithian at the Center for Marital and Sexual Studies, Long Beach, California, and has studied with Masters and Johnson at the Masters and Johnson Institute, St. Louis, Missouri. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Sexology and of the American Board of Clinical Sexologists.

Dr. Sara has been published in Medical Aspects of Human Sexuality, the Journal of Imago Relationship Therapy, and the Journal of Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a certified Imago Relationship Therapist and Certified as a Sex Addiction Therapist and Supervisor.
