Who is Kim Kardashian cheating on Kris Humphriea with?

Is Kim really cheating after self proclaiming that she is looking to settle down and get married? She is engaged to be married, but is she really ready.

Or is this just another fabricated story meant to sell magazines?

According to Bret Lockett (NFL player) Kim pursued him while she was already in a relationship with Kris Humphries.

Below is an excerpt from PopEater:

"I knew this was a game to her, and this is what she does," Lockett is quoted as saying. With the help of Lockett's brother, Colin, the report tells of a flirtatious texting relationship that began when he was told by Kim's friend, Lauren London, that the reality star wanted the footballers number. Colin handed over the digits and before long, "They chatted, and then they started texting each other."

Lockett claims that Kim flirted with him via text and insisted that he send her sexy pictures of himself.

On her Celebuzz website, Kim adamantly denies these claims and states that she doesn't even know him. She also points out that he is scheduled to release an album which he may be seeking publicity for.

I am the biggest Kim Kardashian fan and I am really hoping that Kardashian-gate is completely false.

Say it ain't so Kim!

Kim also states that she will be pursuing legal action against InTouch magazine and Bret Lockett. Would it be a sign of her guilt if no legal action is ever initiated?

If Bret is lying then I guess she would have a case. I guess we will just have to wait and see what becomes of this story.

For know I am leaning towards Kim's side of the story. But I'm a bit biased.
