cheating?

I am curious if my husband is cheating because I was looking through his phone and seen where he deleted all his text messages.

And he is a little strange when it comes to his phone he left the phone in his truck all night. He bathed two times in one day.

and I saw where he sent picures of him without his shirt on to his email address.

Is it me or do I have a reason to be concerned?
