He's texting another woman at odd hours

My husband works with a girl who 's son was killed. She had to work with my husband as he mentored her. She has been disrespectful to me since so he told her that she couldn't work with him. I thought we were rid of her. Then I seen she was sending him emails and I confronted him. They weren't anything terrible but obviously they were still interacting. When I confronted him about the emails he called her to warn her. Now I see he has been texting her at all hours of the night when he is out of town working.

What should I do?
