Is She A Cheater

We`ve been together for seven months now and it was very nice and romantic.

This past several months now she has been comming home with bruises on the inside of her thighs and below her navel and on her breast and when i ask her how she got them the answer is i don`t know.

She say she bruise easly..the question is are the bruises signs of a cheater.
