Dealing with the Shock of My Wife's Infidelity

Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum, and I need to share my story and seek some advice. I recently found out that my wife has been unfaithful to me with a co-worker, and I'm devastated.

I discovered the truth a few days ago when I accidentally stumbled upon some text messages on her phone. I wasn't snooping; I just happened to see a preview of an explicit message that caught my attention. I couldn't help but read the conversation, and the reality hit me like a ton of bricks.

I feel like my entire world has been turned upside down. We've been together for over a decade and have two wonderful kids. I thought our marriage was strong, and we had a deep connection. But now, I can't help but question everything.

I haven't confronted her yet, as I'm still trying to process the situation and figure out how to handle it. I'm torn between the desire to save our marriage and the anger and betrayal I feel.

Has anyone here been through a similar experience? How did you handle the confrontation and the aftermath? Is it possible to rebuild trust and move forward after something like this?
