Should I be worried? - "I feel my wife may be vulnerable at this time with our lack of intimacy"

My wife and I haven't been intimate in 3 months, this has never happened in our 23 year marriage.

We have children and both work. I feel I can account for her whereabouts at all times.

However in the past two weeks she has told me about two dreams one of her co-workers says he's had about her, and although both supposed dreams are not sexual in nature, there are minor sub stories that could be perceived as such....they were fully clothed in bed watching TV eating pop-corn and she had a 'sports bra' on over her shirt....blah, blah blah.

My point is I feel my wife may be vulnerable at this time with our lack of intimacy going on, and I know back in the day the old 'i had dream about you and it wasn't sexual', was one of my best angles to strike a conversation and possible date with some one i already knew, or am i just being paranoid?
